Nesting Vases

Set of three blown glass nesting bowls or vases designed by Sergio Asti for Salviati in 2003. Each vase has a light purple alexandrite base that delicately transitions to grey ochre at the upper rim. Can be nested for a unique effect or displayed individually. This elegant grouping continued Asti’s decades-long association with Salviati, a company with which he first collaborated in 1962 with the introduction of his Compasso d’Oro-winning series of Marco vases that remain in production today. Each bowl has an incised signature of “Salviati by Sergio Asti 2003” on its base.
