A two-piece cast and blown catchall by Alfredo Barbini for Barbini Murano from the early 1970s. The circular vide-poche has a clear textured base that is fused to a smooth upper portion. Between the two pieces polychrome oxide in blue, green, red and gold create an abstracted seascape of intense colors and shapes. A unique piece that is particularly impressive under bright light.
