A beautifully crafted auburn grey heavy glass dish designed by Ward Bennett and produced by Salviati in 1964. Part of his accessories designs for American firm Brickel Associates, the finely finished piece has beveled edges along the top and bottom and its thick concave glass body optically magnifies whatever is beneath it. Original Salviati label affixed to underside. A gorgeous example from the renowned Murano glassmakers.
