The sofa is derived from the Scarpas’ exploration in the early ’70s of the new, more casual, domestic environment the day, resulting in a design that emphasizes the contrast between the sofa’s soft seating and its architectural rigidity of form. Comes with two removable leather bolsters that tilt the top cushion at an angle to create a more upright seating position if desired. Perforated leather on the sides of the seat cushions allows for improved airflow.
